The Quiet Hour

Calm, and the same every week.

The same simple routine at the same times every week, so nothing comes as a surprise. Low lights, low music, nobody watching, and you can leave whenever you need to.

Steady and Strong

Daytime, no heat, and a cuppa after.

Strength and balance in the gym with the wall to hold on to, and supported yoga upstairs. Tea and a chat afterwards is part of the class.

Not every class is hot

We're Stirling's only hot yoga studio, but plenty of our classes aren't heated at all. Most people start somewhere cool, and every class tells you its temperature before you book.

Unheated and warm

Yin Yoga

Unheated

Mostly on the floor with plenty of props. Long, slow holds to ease stiff joints and calm a busy mind. Lots of options so you can work around niggles and injuries.

Deep Stretch Release

Warm, 30°C

A slow class that starts on the floor and moves into standing postures to loosen hips, shoulders, glutes and back. Good if you're tight, sore or sit a lot.

The Set

Warm, 30°C

A flowing class with the option to work strongly or stay in the beginner's version of each pose. Builds flexibility, arm strength and core.

Beginner to advanced

Hot Flow

Hot, 38°C

A bit of flow, twists, core and arm strengtheners, balancing and deep hip openers, with breathwork throughout. Uses blocks and straps.

Beginner to intermediate

Hot 26 & 2

Hot, 40°C

The original hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Choose the 60-minute express or the 90-minute original.
